The BrewTaurus K80 1V is a 93.3 L single-vessel electric brewing system: mash and boil in one kettle, 5.7 kW dual-element tri-clamp heating, an MP40 pump and full sanitary tri-clamp routing. Simple layout, full stainless process architecture — built for controlled mid-scale brewing.

Designed operating range
- Nominal vessel capacity: 93.3 L
- Recommended production (into fermenter): 45–70 L
- Maximum practical knockout: 75–78 L
- Flexible batch capability: ~30–78 L (optimised for 50–70 L)
Heating & performance
- 1× 2.2 kW + 1× 3.5 kW tri-clamp elements (5.7 kW total) · 2× Inkbird C236T controllers (16A EU plug)
- Electrical requirement: two independent 16A circuits
- Heat-up (60 L, 15→100°C): ≈30–40 min · Boil: stable rolling boil, ~6–8%/h evaporation
Grain load & mash
- Recommended grain bill: 12–22 kg (high-gravity up to ~25 kg)
- Recommended mash thickness: 2.6–3.2 L/kg (don't go below 2.3 L/kg)
- Example: 18 kg × 2.8 L/kg → ~50 L mash volume
Hydraulics, cooling & cleaning
- 1× MP40 65W pump (continuous-duty capable) for stable recirculation, strong whirlpool and reliable transfer
- Laser-cut K80 stainless false bottom · stainless elbow + butterfly valves included
- No counterflow chiller by default — 1.5" tri-clamp ports make external chilling easy to add
- Sanitary tri-clamp throughout · CIP-capable when fitted with a spray head
Installation: two independent 16A circuits, stable water supply (if external chiller used), load-bearing surface (filled system ~100–125 kg).
