EU prices include VAT. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina prices are shown excluding VAT — import VAT and duties, where applicable, are collected by the carrier on delivery.

PayPal and Stripe — cards, Apple Pay and bank transfer are all handled through Stripe at checkout.

Yes. If your company has a valid EU VAT ID outside the Czech Republic, e-mail us your company details and VAT ID before you pay — we issue the invoice without VAT (reverse charge) and send you a payment link. Brewshops and resellers: see our wholesale programme.

Write to info@brewtaurus.com with your order number. If the parcel hasn't left the warehouse, we change or cancel it free of charge. Once it has shipped, use the 14-day return right below.

Every order ships from our warehouse near Prague, Czech Republic. Inside the EU: no customs, no import fees, no surprises at the door.

Parcels: 1–6 business days across the EU. Pallet freight: 3–7 business days. We ship with GLS, PPL, UPS, Raben and FedEx and e-mail you the tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping is priced by size class — parcel, bulky, oversized, pallet — and by country. The exact rate is shown on every product page under the price and again at checkout. Full table: Shipping & Delivery.

Accessories and small equipment (parcel class) ship free across the EU on orders over €149. Fermenters, kettles, chillers and brewing systems are large items and ship at the flat rates in the table — except in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where the €149 threshold covers every size class, pallets included.

Yes. Prices for these countries are shown without VAT; the carrier collects import VAT and any duties on delivery. Pallet shipments there are quoted individually.

Yes — the full amount at checkout. That is what reserves your unit in the production batch.

Yes — 14 days from delivery, no reason needed, and return shipping is free: we send you the label. Refund within 14 days of your notice, including standard delivery costs, by the same payment method. The statutory warranty that applies in your country and to you as a consumer or a business. BrewTaurus PRO equipment: 3 years on vessels, 1 year on fittings, electrical and moving parts — see PRO terms of sale. Spare parts for every current system and fermenter are in stock in Prague.

Check the parcel when the courier hands it over — if the box is damaged, note it on the courier's protocol or refuse the delivery. Then photograph the box and the item and e-mail info@brewtaurus.com with your order number. We replace the part or the product and handle the carrier claim ourselves.

Yes — every BrewTaurus vessel and system uses standard Tri-Clamp connections (1.5", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10"). Any Tri-Clamp part of the same size fits, ours or anyone else's. Shop by size: Tri-Clamp.

Yes. One stainless architecture: fittings, hoses, valves and pumps carry over from a 40 L brew day up to the 1,000 L cellar. Start small, add one piece at a time.

It depends on the model and volume — the exact voltage and heating power is in the technical table on every product page. PRO brewhouses run on 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase, rating confirmed at order.
