1. Seller

These terms apply to purchases in the online store brewtaurus.com. The seller is BrewTaurus s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 09676872, VAT ID CZ09676872, registered office Sanderova 1616/16, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 340303. Contact: info@brewtaurus.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to consumers and business customers unless stated otherwise. Rules marked as applying to consumers protect natural persons buying outside their business. Products of the BrewTaurus PRO line are sold under the separate PRO terms of sale.

3. Orders and the contract

By placing an order you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail. The contract is concluded in English. You can view your order and its status at any time through the link in the order confirmation or in your customer account.

If a product is listed with an obvious error in its price or description, we may decline the order. We will tell you without delay and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. For delivery within the EU they include VAT. For delivery outside the EU they are shown without VAT; import VAT and duties, where applicable, are paid by the recipient. Shipping costs are shown on the product page and at checkout before you place the order; current rates are on the Shipping & Delivery page. You can pay by the methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries and by the methods listed on the Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. For products marked as pre-order, the product page shows the expected availability. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The quickest way is the online form Withdraw from contract; you can also use your order page or write to info@brewtaurus.com. Returns are free and we refund you within 14 days. 7. Defects and complaints

Consumers have rights from defective performance for 24 months from receipt of the goods, as provided by the Czech Civil Code. To make a complaint, write to info@brewtaurus.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos where possible. We confirm receipt and settle the complaint within 30 days, unless we agree a longer period with you. We cover the reasonable costs of returning goods with a justified complaint.

For business customers, rights from defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code and, for PRO products, by the PRO terms of sale.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute with a consumer between us, the consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.cz. Consumers in other EU countries can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

10. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Czech law. For consumers, this does not remove the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where they live. We may change these terms; the version valid when you placed your order applies to it.
