The Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor is an affordable, low-flow rotating spray head designed for easy Clean-In-Place cleaning of smaller brewing systems, including 35L, 65L and 100L BrewZilla units.

Built to work with low-voltage pumps from as little as 6W up to 25W, this compact CIP spray head helps distribute cleaning solution around the inside of your brewing vessel, making post-brew cleaning faster and more effective.

How to Use

The spray rotor can be connected to your BrewZilla recirculation arm using the included silicone tubing, stainless nut and barb. Depending on your setup, you may need to cut your existing recirculation hose or use additional silicone tubing to achieve the correct length.

For best results, test the setup with water first to find the optimal hose length and spray coverage. Using a glass lid during testing makes it easier to see whether the cleaning solution is reaching the areas you want to clean.

Important Installation Note

The rotating spray head must only be used in the downward-facing position. It cannot be tilted or mounted sideways or upside down.
