Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships from our warehouse in the Czech Republic. Parcels are delivered in 1–6 business days across the EU, pallet freight in 3–7 business days. We ship with GLS, PPL, UPS, Raben and FedEx.
Shipping is priced by size class — you'll see the class, the item's weight and your country's exact rate on every product page right under the price, and again at checkout.
Accessories and small equipment — roughly anything under ~15 kg that fits a regular parcel box — ship as parcels and are free across the EU on orders over €149.
Fermenters, kettles, chillers and brewing systems are large items: they ship at the flat rates below and are not covered by the €149 free-shipping threshold (the Czech Republic and Slovakia are the exception — there the threshold covers every size class). The largest single cartons are oversized; multi-carton sets and the biggest systems ship on a pallet.
