Ferment under pressure — with cooling and pressure control built in.
The BrewTaurus PF30L Conical Fermenter in our complete bundle: the same pressurised 304 stainless conical (to 1 bar / 15 PSI), now with a chilling coil, pressure/vacuum control and an insulation jacket so you can run controlled, pressurised fermentation right out of the box. The steep 60° cone drives trub and yeast down for crystal-clear beer.
Extra accessories included
Chilling coil with built-in PRV (1 bar) + gas post + liquid post
Adjustable pressure/vacuum valve, 1.5"
2 m high-quality silicone hose
Insulation jacket
Why ferment under pressure
Fermenting under pressure (to 1 bar / 15 PSI) suppresses fusel and off-flavours, lets you ferment warmer and faster, and carbonates the beer as it ferments — less oxygen pickup, fewer transfers. The included chilling coil (run off a glycol chiller) and insulation jacket give you the temperature control to make the most of it.
Ports & layout
The domed lid carries a 4" TC top port, a 2" TC port, and two 1.5" TC ports (PRV, airlock, blow-off or hop-drop). The cone adds three 1.5" TC ports for a thermowell, carb stone, pressure gauge or sample valve. A 2" dump valve at the base makes harvesting and cleaning quick; three fixed legs take mountable wheels.
