The BrewTaurus K40 isn't an appliance — it's the foundation of a real brewing system. A 48.1 L modular boil kettle built from 304 stainless and designed around tri-clamp architecture, for brewers who want full process control without locking into proprietary electronics. Start with one vessel and grow into a two- or three-vessel brewhouse: nothing here is temporary.

Why K-Series

Full tri-clamp architecture across every size, a dish bottom with central drain for complete drainage, and a port layout designed for real brewing workflows. The logic is identical whether you brew 40 L or 200 L — every port has a job.

Port architecture

• Bottom drain: 1.5" TC, centred for complete drainage
• Heating port: 1× 2" TC (electric heating-element ready)
• Process ports: 2× 1.5" TC (return / whirlpool / transfer)
• Thermowell port: 1× 1.5" TC

Not included (by design): heating elements, controllers, pumps, hoses/quick-connects. Add them your way later. Passivate before first use, as with all stainless brewing gear.
