Icemaster G40 Glycol Chiller

Four fermenters, four temperatures, one chiller.

The IceMaster G40 is a compact, high-performance glycol chiller for homebrewers and small craft breweries. Four built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers let you manage up to four fermenters or brite tanks at different temperatures — ideal for precise fermentation control and fast cold crashing, even in warm rooms. Compressor cooling is 3–6× more efficient than thermoelectric.

Setup & use

Use a ~20% glycol/water mix for best performance and freeze protection to about -8°C. Output barbs are 10mm OD / 8mm ID. The controller supports heating output via integrated terminals (electrician installation required).

Protect the compressor: only chill wort with the G40 after it's already below 50°C (cooled with water first). Leave at least 100mm clearance around the vents and clean the radiator regularly.
