A clean, repeatable way to connect jacketed fermenters to a JoinTech IceMaster (G20 / G40) chiller. Dry-break connectors with auto shut-off let you disconnect without dumping glycol, insulated silicone lines keep the cooling efficient, and the included sanitary adapters tie straight into your fermenter's tri-clamp ports.

Compatible with

• JoinTech IceMaster G20 (2-pump) and G40
• Jacketed fermenters with standard sanitary connections (via included adapters)

What's included

• 3× insulation tube for hose (9 × 22 mm), 2 m
• 1× heavy-duty silicone tube, 6 m roll (12.5 mm ID × 18.5 mm OD)
• 4× hose clamp, 10–16 mm
• 4× JoinTech female connector (auto shut-off) × 13 mm barb
• 2× JoinTech male connector (auto shut-off) × ½" BSPT male
• 2× DN15 female adapter
• 2× 1.5" tri-clamp
• 2× 1.5" tri-clamp gasket

How it connects

1. Cut the silicone hose into two equal lines (supply / return).
2. Slide the insulation sleeves over the lines.
3. Clamp the JoinTech female dry-breaks onto the hose ends.
4. Use the included sanitary adapters to connect to your jacketed fermenter ports.
5. Click into the IceMaster's JoinTech male ports — done.
