FWK Extra Light is a bright, clean wort base for very pale styles — pilsners, IPLs, blonde ales and more. We do the brew day; you choose the yeast, the hops and any creative additions. Skip the dilution for a strong 6.8% beer, or top up with water for an easy-drinking session brew.

• 15 L of pre-brewed, unfermented wort — bittered with Magnum, whirlpooled with Perle
• Malt bill: 75% Pilsner malt, 25% flaked maize
• Printed instructions included
• Yeast and dry hops not included — order separately

Brew it your way

• Pilsner: W34/70, S-189 or Diamond Lager
• IPL: NovaLager, dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Cascade or Amarillo
• Blonde ale: US-05 + 100 g Citra, Mosaic or El Dorado
• Belgian blonde: BE-256 or farmhouse yeast, with orange peel or coriander
• Sour: Philly Sour, then US-05 + raspberry or passion fruit purée
