Delivery is not included in the price. Freight for a crated, palletised unit is quoted separately for your address and the size of your order (country, access, unloading by forklift or tail-lift) — you see it as its own line in the quote before you commit. EU customers pay no import duties or customs; we handle that. Heating power, ports and branding are confirmed to your site before production. Payment by pro-forma invoice — 50% deposit, balance before dispatch; B2B at 0% VAT with a valid EU VAT number.

A timer switch for the heating elements, fitted in the control cabinet. Set on and off times so the hot liquor tank heats up before you arrive. Note: it switches the heating on and off on a schedule — it is not a 50 % / 100 % power control.
