Delivery is not included in the price. Freight for a crated, palletised unit is quoted separately for your address and the size of your order (country, access, unloading by forklift or tail-lift) — you see it as its own line in the quote before you commit. EU customers pay no import duties or customs; we handle that. Heating power, ports and branding are confirmed to your site before production. Payment by pro-forma invoice — 50% deposit, balance before dispatch; B2B at 0% VAT with a valid EU VAT number.

The hot liquor tank refills itself.
Automatic water storage on the hot liquor tank: when the level drops, the inlet valve opens; when the tank is full, it closes. The next strike or sparge water is ready without watching the sight glass.

- Solo brewers who run the cellar and the brewhouse at the same time
