The BrewTaurus K80 HLT is a 93.3 L hot liquor tank in 304 stainless with a removable ~21 m stainless HERMS coil. Heat and hold sparge water, then pump the mash through the coil for stable, scorch-free mash temperatures. Same workflow now, same workflow when you scale.

- Connects to the two lower front ports (256 mm apart) with 1.5" Tri-Clamp
- Removable for cleaning or when you want the vessel as a plain kettle

FAQ
Do I need a pump?
Yes — HERMS means pumping the mash liquor through the coil. A MP-40RM pump (as in our K80 systems) does the job.
Can I use it as a boil kettle?
Yes. It is the same body as the K80 Boil Kettle; take the coil out and boil.
How does the coil connect?
Through the two lower front ports, 256 mm apart — matched to the coil height. The top front port stays free for a return line.
Does the coil come out for cleaning?
Yes. Release the clamps and lift it out.
