The BrewTaurus PF55L Jacketed Conical Fermenter scales up pressurised, temperature-controlled fermentation for ambitious brewers. A double-wall cooling jacket means even temperature control with no spiral to clean inside the tank, and pressure capability to 1 bar (15 PSI) lets you ferment faster, cleaner and carbonate as you go. 304 stainless, glossy finish, all-tri-clamp.

Why a cooling jacket

The double-wall jacket (3.0 L) circulates coolant around the outside of the vessel — run it off a glycol chiller for steady control with nothing extra inside the tank to sanitise. Pair it with pressure fermentation and the steep cone for clean, clear beer batch after batch.

Ports & layout

All-tri-clamp design with 1.5", 2" and 4" ports across the lid and cone — for dry hopping, carb stone, thermowell, pressure gauge, sample valve, PRV and more. A 2" dump valve makes harvesting yeast and cleaning quick; three fixed legs take the included wheels.
