Ferment it, carbonate it, serve it — one 500 L tank.

The BrewTaurus PRO UT-500 is a jacketed conical unitank rated 2.0 bar working / 4.0 bar design and test pressure, delivered serving-ready: rotary racking arm, spunding valve and carbonation stone are included, so you ferment under pressure, spund, carbonate and pour straight from the tank. 500 L effective, 625 L total volume for kräusen headspace.

Fermenter or unitank — which one?

Same vessel, same 2.0 bar rating, same glycol jacket. The difference is what happens after fermentation:

Fermenter Unitank
What it does CF-500: ferments the beer, which is then transferred to a bright beer tank (BBT) for carbonation and serving UT-500: ferments, carbonates and serves from one tank — no BBT needed
Fittings standard port set standard port set + rotary racking arm, spunding valve, carbonation stone
Typical setup production cellar: 2–3 fermenters share one BBT, fermenters turn over faster taproom or small cellar: fewer tanks, beer poured straight from the tank
Best for breweries that package or serve from bright tanks brewpubs, taprooms, limited floor space

Not sure? Tell us your weekly output and how you serve in the project questionnaire — we recommend the cellar layout with the quote.
