Pressurized fermentation is becoming increasingly popular among homebrewers, and there is therefore greater demand for a reliable way to adjust the pressure in the fermentation tank. This kit is designed for this task.
In addition, it is of great use if you are pressure transferring to kegs, allowing you to set a set back pressure on the keg you are transferring to, to preserve as much of the carbon dioxide as possible.

Use the yellow adjustment screw to control the pressure coming out of the valve. Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure.

Recommended pressure is 0.6-1.0 bar (10-15psi). Higher pressures than this can have negative consequences for fermentation and will cause unnecessary wear on the equipment.
