🛠️ Usage Tips

1. Good mash = better yield: Crush soft fruits (grapes, berries) to break skins and release juice.
2. Prep hard produce: For firm fruits/veg (e.g., carrots, sugar beet, unripe fruit), cut into small pieces before crushing.
3. Select quality fruit: Use ripe, healthy fruit only; discard unripe, rotten, or moldy produce.
4. Windfalls: Fresh bruises are acceptable if no decay has started.
5. Rinse fruit: Wash thoroughly so dirt doesn’t enter the mash.
6. After use: Unload, rinse with potable water, and dry completely before storage.

• Do not use acidic sanitisers on metal components.
• For stubborn stains, use boiling water or a sodium percarbonate cleaner (e.g., StellarOxy).
