Adjustable spunding valve — hold back-pressure and carbonate naturally in the fermenter.

Screw it onto a 1.5" tri-clamp port and dial in the pressure you want the tank to hold. The valve vents only above your set point, so the CO₂ from active fermentation carbonates the beer in-tank — no priming sugar and no separate force-carbonation step.

Care & maintenance

Rinse the valve straight after the batch, while the residue is still soft — half a minute at the end of a brew day is what keeps it opening right on your set point. Set the pressure with gas flowing rather than on a dead tank, and store it with the adjuster backed off.
