Brew a vibrant and crushable pale ale loaded with New Zealand hop character. This session-strength beer balances a clean malt base with zesty notes of lime, gooseberry, and tropical fruit from Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin hops.

• 40g Riwaka hops

• Total water volume: 36L
• Mash water: 22L
• Sparge water: 14L

🔹 Infusion Mash Schedule

• 62 °C – 40 minutes
• 72 °C – 20 minutes
• 78 °C – 15 minutes (mash-out)

🫧 Boil Schedule

• Boil time: 60 minutes
• 20g Riwaka (60 min – citrusy bitterness)
• 20g Nelson Sauvin (10 min – white grape and tropical aroma)

🧊 Fermentation Schedule

• Primary fermentation: 20 °C for 7 days
• Dry hop after 7 days, for 3 days:
  20g Riwaka
  20g Nelson Sauvin
• Cold crash: 3 days at 2 °C
