Overview

The G20 is a compact, compressor-driven glycol chiller designed for serious homebrewers and small-scale breweries.

With 500W cooling power and two integrated pumps, it can independently control two fermenters at different temperatures.

Powerful enough for well-insulated fermenters up to 200L, or multiple smaller vessels.

Compressor-based cooling provides significantly higher efficiency and better performance in hot ambient environments compared to thermoelectric units.

Suitable for crash cooling and stable fermentation control even in warm garages or breweries.

Integrated dual pumps

• 2 × integrated pumps (individually controlled)
• Max head (per pump): 5 meters
• Max flow (per pump): 600 L/hour

Each pump has its own temperature controller, allowing independent fermentation temperatures.

No additional wiring required. Pumps are factory-installed and ready to use.

• Requires matching 1/2" Dry Break Female fittings (13mm ID hose)

Improved push-in sight glass tubing with stabiliser bracket included.

Recommended glycol mix

For optimal performance use Propylene Glycol at approx. 20–30% concentration.

This provides freeze protection down to approximately -8°C depending on mixture ratio.

Chilling wort

The G20 is designed to assist cooling after initial water chilling.

Important: Always cool wort below 50°C using water before switching to glycol. Direct cooling from boiling temperatures may overload the compressor.

Heating capability

The controller supports heating output control via auxiliary port.

Submersible heating devices must be installed by a qualified electrician.

• Minimum 100mm clearance around ventilation areas
