This kit gives you a reliable, repeatable way to hook jacketed fermenters to a JoinTech IceMaster chiller using proper insulated lines and auto shut-off connectors.

Compatible with

• JoinTech IceMaster G20 (2-pump model) and G40
• Jacketed fermenters with standard sanitary connections (via included adapters)

Works perfectly with: JoinTech Fermentation Glycol Chiller G20

What makes it “Leak Free”

• JoinTech dry-break connectors with auto shut-off — disconnect without dumping glycol everywhere

• 3× Insulation Tube for Hose (9×22mm), 2m
• 1× Heavy Duty Silicone Tube, 6m roll (12.5mm ID × 18.5mm OD)
• 4× Hose Clamp 10–16mm
• 4× JoinTech Female Connector (Auto Shut-Off) × 13mm Barb
• 2× JoinTech Male Connector (Auto Shut-Off) × 1/2" BSPT Male

How it connects (simple)

1. Cut silicone hose into two equal lines (supply / return).
2. Slide insulation sleeves over the lines.
3. Clamp JoinTech female dry-breaks onto the hose ends.
4. Use the included sanitary adapters to connect to your jacketed fermenter ports.
5. Click into the IceMaster’s JoinTech male ports — done.

• Use correct glycol mix and follow your chiller manual for best results.
