The BrewTaurus PF105L Jacketed Conical Fermenter is built for large home or small-commercial brewing — pressure-capable to 1 bar (15 PSI), with a powerful double-wall cooling jacket and full tri-clamp connectivity. 304 stainless, glossy finish, robust construction for consistent, professional fermentation at scale.

Why a cooling jacket

The double-wall jacket (6.8 L) circulates coolant around the outside of the vessel — run it off a glycol chiller for powerful, even temperature control with no internal coil to clean. Combined with the cone and pressure capability, you get clean, clear beer even in big batches.

Ports & layout

All-tri-clamp design: four 1.5", one 2" and one 4" port across the lid and cone — for dry hopping, carb stone, thermowell, pressure gauge, sample valve, PRV and more. A 2" dump valve makes harvesting and cleaning quick; three fixed legs take the included wheels.
