The BrewTaurus PRO CF-400 is a jacketed conical fermenter rated 2.0 bar working / 4.0 bar design and test pressure — closed fermentation, pressure transfers and spunding are part of the design, not an upgrade. 400 L effective, 500 L total volume for kräusen headspace.
Fermenter or unitank — which one?
Same vessel, same 2.0 bar rating, same glycol jacket. The difference is what happens after fermentation:
