ODSTOUPENÍ OD SMLOUVY A VRÁCENÍ ZBOŽÍ (CZ)

Právo odstoupit od smlouvy: Máte právo odstoupit od smlouvy bez udání důvodu do 14 dnů ode dne, kdy převezmete zboží (nebo kdy je převezme Vámi určená třetí osoba jiná než dopravce). Připadne-li konec lhůty na víkend nebo svátek, prodlužuje se do nejbližšího pracovního dne.

Jak odstoupit: Nejjednodušeji online funkcí „Odstoupit od smlouvy“ — formulář najdete na stránce Odstoupení od smlouvy (odkaz „Withdraw from contract here“ je trvale dostupný v patičce webu). Přijetí Vám neprodleně potvrdíme e-mailem, včetně obsahu oznámení a data a času podání. Dále nás můžete jednoznačně informovat prostřednictvím funkce „Odstoupit / Vrátit zboží“ ve Vašem zákaznickém účtu nebo na stránce stavu objednávky (odkaz je ve Vašem potvrzovacím e-mailu), nebo e-mailem na info@brewtaurus.com. Můžete použít vzorový formulář pro odstoupení (k dispozici na uvedené stránce), není to však povinné. Aby byla lhůta pro odstoupení dodržena, postačuje odeslat oznámení o odstoupení před jejím uplynutím.

Vrácení zboží a náklady: Zboží nám zašlete zpět nebo předejte bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 14 dnů ode dne, kdy jste nám odstoupení oznámili; lhůta je dodržena, pokud zboží odešlete před jejím uplynutím. Vrácení zboží je zdarma — náklady na zpětnou přepravu hradíme my; instrukce a přepravní štítek Vám zašleme e-mailem.

Vrácení peněz: Peníze Vám vrátíme nejpozději do 14 dnů od doručení oznámení o odstoupení, včetně nákladů na původní (standardní) dodání. Pro vrácení použijeme stejný platební prostředek, kterým jste platili, ledaže se výslovně dohodneme jinak; nevzniknou Vám tím žádné další poplatky. S vrácením můžeme počkat, dokud zboží neobdržíme zpět nebo neprokážete jeho odeslání.

Stav zboží: Odpovídáte pouze za snížení hodnoty zboží způsobené nakládáním jiným než nutným k seznámení se s jeho povahou a vlastnostmi.

Výjimky: Právo na odstoupení se nevztahuje zejména na zboží na míru nebo personalizované, rychle se kazící a spotřební zboží a na zapečetěné zboží, které z hygienických důvodů nelze vrátit po porušení obalu.

Mimosoudní řešení sporů: V případě sporu se můžete obrátit na Českou obchodní inspekci (www.coi.cz) jako subjekt mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS (EN)

Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods. If the period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

How to withdraw: The easiest way is our online “Withdraw from contract” function — the form is available on the Withdraw from contract page (the “Withdraw from contract here” link is permanently available in the website footer). We will confirm receipt by e-mail without undue delay, including the content of your statement and the date and time of its submission. You can also inform us with a clear statement via the “Withdraw / Return” function in your customer account or order status page (link in your confirmation email), or by email at info@brewtaurus.com. You may use the model withdrawal form (available on the page above), but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning the goods and costs: Send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal; the deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires. Returns are free — we cover return shipping and will e-mail you instructions and a shipping label.

Refunds: We reimburse you within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, including the original (standard) delivery cost. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you sent them.

Condition of goods: You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to custom-made or personalised goods, perishable or consumable goods, and sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Out-of-court dispute resolution: In case of a dispute you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

WIDERRUF UND RÜCKGABE (DE)

Widerrufsrecht: Sie können diesen Vertrag binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt an dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter (nicht der Beförderer) die Waren in Besitz nehmen. Endet die Frist an einem Wochenende oder Feiertag, verlängert sie sich bis zum nächsten Werktag.

Wie Sie widerrufen: Am einfachsten über unsere Online-Widerrufsfunktion — das Formular finden Sie auf der Seite Withdraw from contract (der Link „Withdraw from contract here“ ist dauerhaft in der Fußzeile der Website verfügbar). Den Eingang bestätigen wir unverzüglich per E-Mail, einschließlich des Inhalts Ihrer Erklärung sowie des Datums und der Uhrzeit der Übermittlung. Sie können uns auch mit einer eindeutigen Erklärung über die Funktion „Widerrufen / Zurücksenden“ in Ihrem Kundenkonto oder auf der Bestellstatus-Seite (Link in Ihrer Bestätigungs-E-Mail) oder per E-Mail an info@brewtaurus.com informieren. Sie können das Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden (verfügbar auf der genannten Seite), dies ist jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung vor Ablauf der Frist absenden.

Rücksendung und Kosten: Sie senden die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf unterrichtet haben, an uns zurück oder übergeben sie uns; die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf absenden. Die Rücksendung ist kostenlos — die Kosten tragen wir; Anweisungen und ein Versandetikett senden wir Ihnen per E-Mail.

Rückerstattung: Wir erstatten binnen 14 Tagen nach Eingang Ihres Widerrufs alle Zahlungen einschließlich der Kosten der ursprünglichen (Standard-)Lieferung. Für die Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel wie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion, sofern nichts anderes ausdrücklich vereinbart wurde; es fallen dafür keine Entgelte an. Wir können die Rückzahlung zurückbehalten, bis wir die Waren zurückerhalten oder Sie deren Absendung nachgewiesen haben.

Zustand der Waren: Sie haften nur für einen Wertverlust, der auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise nicht notwendigen Umgang zurückzuführen ist.

Ausnahmen: Das Widerrufsrecht besteht insbesondere nicht bei maßgefertigten oder personalisierten Waren, schnell verderblichen oder Verbrauchsgütern sowie versiegelten Waren, die aus Hygienegründen nach Entsiegelung nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind.

Außergerichtliche Streitbeilegung: Im Streitfall können Sie sich an die Tschechische Handelsinspektion (ČOI, www.coi.cz) wenden.
