PF220 Unitank

Real unitank architecture — pilot and small-production scale.

The BrewTaurus PF220 Unitank is built like brewery hardware, not a simplified prosumer tank: a jacketed, pressure-capable conical for proper yeast management, sanitary tri-clamp connections, glycol temperature control and real cellar workflow at pilot, nano or small-production scale. Everything is modular, everything is serviceable, every port has a job.

Last unit — ready to ship. This is the final PF220 of the current generation. It is held at our test centre and ships on a pallet straight from there — we confirm the dispatch date when you order. The line is moving to the Fully Jacketed PF220, built in production batches. If you need a 220 L unitank this season, this is the one.

Batch range & cooling efficiency

• Total gross volume: 220 L · cone ~38 L · jacketed cylindrical body ~170 L
• Recommended fermentation batch: ~60–200 L (sweet spot ~100–190 L)
• Minimum batch for effective jacket engagement: ~60 L

Below ~60 L most liquid sits in the cone and the jacket isn't fully used; above ~200 L you lose fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves cooling stability.

Pressure safety: working pressure 1.0 bar, always use a PRV and never run the vessel above its working pressure.
