FWK Light Classic is a crisp, balanced wort base perfect for pilsners, Kölsch, blonde ales and even sours. We handle the brew day; you take full control of the yeast, hops and additions. Skip the water for a 6.8% beer, or dilute for an easy session strength.

Brew it your way

• Pilsner: S-189, W34/70 or Diamond Lager for crispness

• Fruit sour: Philly Sour 3–4 days, then US-05 + fruit purée
