Clean in place, on wheels — the 50 L CIP cart.

The BrewTaurus PRO CIP-50 is a mobile two-tank CIP station: one heated tank for caustic, one for acid or sanitiser, a sanitary pump and tri-clamp connections that match every port on our PRO tanks and brewhouses. Roll it to the vessel, connect supply and return, run the cycle.

Architecture

  • Two SUS304 tanks (caustic tank 65 L total · sanitiser tank 90 L total) with manual open-top lids, electric heating elements and thermowell sensors
  • Sanitary CIP pump with control box — temperature and pump switching
  • Ø32/Ø38 tri-clamp supply and return manifold with butterfly valves
  • Stainless frame on four castors, push handle

Ports & fittings

Ø38 drain outlet · Ø32 inlet · Ø38 thermowell sensor · Ø51 heating element · Ø32 outlet · manual open top lids. All tri-clamp.

Installation: 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase supply for the heating elements, water supply, floor drain. Ships ready to use; no welding on site.
