    3 HP of cold for the cellar.

    The BrewTaurus PRO 3 HP glycol chiller is an air-cooled industrial chiller for fermenter and bright tank cooling — approx. 7.8 kW cooling capacity, glycol down to −7 °C, sized for a cellar of ~1,000 L of jacketed fermentation volume (guide for ales and lagers with crash cooling; we confirm the sizing with your tank list before you order).

    Cooling loop

    Chiller → glycol water tank → pump → fermenter jackets. The buffer tank lets the chiller run in efficient cycles; the PID panel switches each jacket individually.

    Scope of supply: the chiller unit. A working cooling loop also needs a glycol water tank with circulation pump and the PID panel for the tank jackets — both listed separately. For up to six tanks, the CH-2X complete cooling system brings chiller, glycol tank, pump and control in one order.

    Installation: 230 V supply, well-ventilated location with free airflow around the condenser (or outdoor placement under cover), insulated glycol lines. Start-up guided by our Prague team on a video call.
