The system you buy when AIO stops making sense.
93.3 L modular stainless boil kettle with full tri-clamp architecture.
The BrewTaurus K80 is not an appliance.
It’s the core vessel of a serious home or pilot-scale brewhouse.
Built from stainless steel.
Designed around tri-clamp architecture.
Made to grow into a brewhouse — not to be replaced.

What this kettle actually is
The K80 is an 93.3 L modular boil kettle designed for brewers who want larger batch volumes, higher thermal stability and a system that scales beyond hobby limits.
You start with stainless.
You decide how far it goes.
One vessel.
Two-vessel.
Three-vessel brewhouse.
Nothing here is temporary.
This is for you if
- You’ve outgrown all-in-one systems
- You want larger batches without changing workflow
- You plan to upgrade, not replace
- You care how things are built — not just how they look
If you’re looking for shortcuts, this isn’t it.
Stainless-first brewing
No plastic paths.
No hidden electronics.
No dead ends.
Just stainless steel, sanitary connections, and a system that scales with you.
Why K-Series
Architecture scales. Your workflow doesn’t change.
- Full tri-clamp architecture across all K-Series sizes
- Dish bottom with central bottom drain for complete drainage
- Port layout designed for real brewing workflows
- Identical logic whether you brew 40 L or 200 L
Every port has a job. No decoration.
Port architecture (overview)
The K80 Boil Kettle is designed around a clean, functional port layout. Every port has a job — no decoration.
- Bottom drain: 1.5" Tri-Clamp, centered for complete drainage
- Heating ports: 2 × 2" Tri-Clamp (electric heating element ready)
- Process ports: 2 × 1.5" Tri-Clamp (return / whirlpool / transfer)
- Thermowell port: 1 × 1.5" Tri-Clamp
The same logic is used across the entire K-Series, so your workflow stays consistent as your system grows.

FAQ
Is this kettle beginner-friendly?
It’s not entry-level — but it is future-proof.
If you want to scale batch size and system complexity without replacing hardware, this is the right start.
Is it food-safe and passivated?
Yes.
The kettle is made from food-grade SS304 stainless steel. We recommend standard passivation before first use, as with all professional stainless equipment.
Why doesn’t it include a controller or pump?
Because those are decisions you shouldn’t be locked into.
CORE gives you a stainless foundation you can build on — your way.
Can I add heating elements later?
Yes.
The kettle is designed for standard tri-clamp heating elements and modular upgrades.
How is this different from cheaper kettles?
This isn’t just a container.
It’s part of a modular brewing architecture with proper port layout, sanitary connections and long-term compatibility.
Is it compatible with larger BrewTaurus systems?
Yes.
The same design logic applies across the entire K-Series — from K40 to K200.
Is this made for electric brewing?
Yes.
Electric, HERMS and pump-driven systems are all supported through standard tri-clamp architecture.
This is not an upgrade.
It’s a graduation.
