The BrewTaurus PF30L Jacketed Conical Fermenter cools through a double-wall jacket instead of a drop-in coil — so you get controlled fermentation with nothing extra inside the tank to clean around. Pressure-capable to 1 bar (15 PSI), all-tri-clamp, and built from durable 304 stainless with a glossy finish.

Why a cooling jacket

The double-wall jacket circulates coolant (run it off a glycol chiller) around the outside of the vessel — even, gentle temperature control with no spiral taking up space inside the tank and no extra surface to sanitise. Pair that with pressure fermentation to 1 bar and you can ferment warmer, faster and cleaner, carbonating as you go.

Ports & layout

All-tri-clamp design with 1.5", 2" and 4" TC ports across the lid and cone — for dry hopping, a carb stone, thermowell, pressure gauge, sample valve, PRV and more. A 2" dump valve at the base makes harvesting yeast and cleaning quick. Three fixed legs take the included wheels.

Pressure safety: working pressure 1 bar (15 PSI), never exceed the 2 bar (30 PSI) maximum. Always use a PRV.
