Freight for a crated, palletised unit is quoted separately for your address and the size of your order (country, access, unloading by forklift or tail-lift) — you see it as its own line in the quote before you commit. A cooling jacket on the kettle/whirlpool, connected to your glycol loop, so the kettle can hold a steady temperature for lactobacillus souring before the boil.
