What this kettle actually is
The K220 + Malt Pipe is a large-format modular boil kettle designed for brewers who need real mash capacity — without stepping into fixed, proprietary brewhouse systems.
You start with stainless.
You decide how far it goes.
Single vessel.
Multi-vessel.
Full brewhouse.
Nothing here is temporary.
This is for you if
- You brew large batches and need serious mash volume
- You’ve outgrown hobby-scale systems
- You want stainless architecture, not appliances
- You plan to scale — not start over
- You care how things are built, not how they’re marketed
If you’re looking for shortcuts, this isn’t it.
Stainless-first brewing
No plastic paths.
No hidden electronics.
No dead ends.
Just stainless steel, sanitary connections, and a system that scales with you.
Why K-Series
Architecture scales. Your workflow doesn’t change.
- Full tri-clamp architecture across all K-Series sizes
- Dish bottom with central bottom drain for complete drainage
- Port layout designed for real brewing workflows
- Identical logic whether you brew 40 L or 225 L
Every port has a job. No decoration.
Malt Pipe workflow
With the Malt Pipe installed, the K220 becomes a true high-capacity mash vessel: load grain, recirculate, lift, drain and sparge — clean, stable and repeatable.
- Grain capacity: approx. 50–72 kg, depending on malt type and crush
- Total kettle volume: 225 L
- Working level: approx. 200 L
- Volume below false bottom / malt pipe area: approx. 26.5 L
- Tri-clamp consistency: 2 × 2" TC ports, all other ports 1.5" TC
This is mash capacity intended for serious production-scale batches — without locking you into a fixed brewhouse layout.
Port architecture (overview)
The K220 is designed around a clean, functional port layout. Every port has a job — no decoration.
- Bottom drain: 1.5" Tri-Clamp, centered for complete drainage
- Heating ports: 2 × 2" Tri-Clamp (electric heating element ready)
- Process ports: 2 × 1.5" Tri-Clamp (return / whirlpool / transfer)
- Thermowell port: 1 × 1.5" Tri-Clamp
The same logic is used across the entire K-Series, so your workflow stays consistent as your system grows.

FAQ
Is this suitable for production-scale brewing?
Yes.
This system is designed for serious batch sizes while retaining full modularity.
Why doesn’t it include controllers or pumps?
Because those decisions depend on your process.
You’re buying stainless architecture first — control comes second.
Can I integrate this into a larger brewhouse later?
Yes.
The K220 follows the same logic as the rest of the K-Series — it’s built to integrate, not isolate.
This is not an upgrade.
It’s infrastructure.
