Real unitank architecture — scaled to 220 L.

The BrewTaurus PF220 Unitank is built like brewery hardware, not a prosumer tank. A jacketed, pressure-capable conical with large 8" top access, a proper 2" dump and a full tri-clamp workflow — sized for pilot batches, recipe development, taproom production and small-scale commercial brewing. Everything is modular, serviceable, and every port has a job.

Batch range & cooling

220 L gross with a ~38 L cone and a cooling jacket wrapping the ~170 L cylindrical body. Recommended fermentation window is about 60–200 L, with a 100–190 L everyday sweet spot. Below ~60 L most liquid sits in the cone and the jacket isn't fully engaged; above ~200 L you lose useful fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves cooling stability.

Pressure safety: working pressure 1.0 bar, never exceed the 2.0 bar maximum. Always use a PRV.
