Real unitank architecture — scaled to 170 L.

The BrewTaurus PF160 Unitank is built like brewery hardware. A jacketed, pressure-capable conical with large 8" top access, a proper 2" dump and a full tri-clamp workflow — for serious pilot- and nano-scale brewing that wants real yeast management, sanitary connections and glycol control. Everything is modular, serviceable, and every port has a job.

Batch range & cooling

170 L gross with a ~38 L cone and a cooling jacket wrapping the ~125 L cylindrical body. Recommended fermentation window is about 40–150 L, with a 60–140 L everyday sweet spot. Below ~40 L most liquid sits in the cone and the jacket isn't fully engaged; above ~150 L you lose useful fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves cooling stability.

Pressure safety: working pressure 1.0 bar, never exceed the 2.0 bar maximum. Always use a PRV.
