40L Pro Sight Glass Distillation / Steam Condenser Lid

Stainless still / steam-condenser lid for 40 L boilers — 2" Tri-Clamp top port and a clear 3" PPSU sight glass.

Built for the BrewTaurus B40L Brewing System and most 40 L boilers around Ø35 cm. The reinforced dished lid carries the weight of a pot still column or steam condenser — even mounted off-centre — without flexing, while the sight glass lets you watch the boil and make additions without lifting the lid.

What is PPSU?

PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) is a high-performance engineering polymer that stays clear and dimensionally stable to ~200 °C, shrugs off brewery acids and caustics, and takes impact far better than glass — so the sight glass won't craze or shatter on a busy brew day.

Fit check: This lid is engineered for the B40L and fits many 40 L boilers with standard tri-clamp lids (≈ Ø35 cm). On non-standard vessels we can't guarantee a perfect seal — measure your boiler's rim before ordering.
