Real unitank architecture — scaled to 80 L.

The BrewTaurus PF80 Unitank is built like brewery hardware. A jacketed, pressure-capable conical with large 8" top access, a proper 2" dump and a full tri-clamp workflow — for brewers who want real yeast management, sanitary connections and glycol control with room to grow. Everything is modular, serviceable, and every port has a job.

Batch range & cooling

80 L gross with a ~17 L cone and a cooling jacket wrapping the ~60 L cylindrical body. Recommended fermentation window is about 20–75 L, with a 40–70 L everyday sweet spot. Below ~20 L most liquid sits in the cone and the jacket isn't fully engaged; above ~75 L you lose useful fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves cooling stability.

Pressure safety: working pressure 1.0 bar, never exceed the 2.0 bar maximum. Always use a PRV.
