Real unitank architecture — scaled to 40 L.

The BrewTaurus PF40 Unitank is built like brewery hardware, not a scaled-down homebrew toy. A jacketed, pressure-capable conical with 6" top access, a proper 2" dump and a full tri-clamp workflow — for brewers who want real yeast management, sanitary connections and glycol control in a compact format. Everything is modular, serviceable, and every port has a job.

Batch range & cooling

40 L gross with a ~8 L cone and a cooling jacket wrapping the ~30 L cylindrical body. Recommended fermentation window is about 10–35 L, with a 15–30 L everyday sweet spot. Below ~10 L most liquid sits in the cone and the jacket isn't fully engaged; above ~35 L you lose useful fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves cooling stability.

• Top access: 6" tri-clamp

Pressure safety: working pressure 1.0 bar, never exceed the 2.0 bar maximum. Always use a PRV.
