The BrewTaurus PF75L Jacketed Conical Fermenter brings professional-grade, pressure-capable fermentation to batches up to 65 L. A double-wall cooling jacket gives precise temperature control with no internal coil to clean, pressure capability to 1 bar (15 PSI) means faster, cleaner ferments with built-in carbonation, and the all-tri-clamp design connects to everything.
Why a cooling jacket
The double-wall jacket (4.38 L) circulates coolant around the outside of the vessel — run it off a glycol chiller for steady, even control with nothing extra inside to sanitise. Combined with the cone and pressure capability, you get consistent, clear beer every batch.
Ports & layout
All-tri-clamp design: three 1.5", one 2" and one 4" port across the lid and cone — for dry hopping, carb stone, thermowell, pressure gauge, sample valve, PRV and more. A 2" dump valve makes harvesting and cleaning quick; three fixed legs take the included wheels.
