The BrewTaurus K80 3V is a 93.3 L three-vessel stainless brewing system: a dedicated Hot Liquor Tank, Mash Tun and Boil Kettle, 11.4 kW total heating, dual MP40 pump hydraulics and a counterflow chiller. No shared-vessel compromises — each stage runs independently. Built for serious small-batch output.

  • Nominal capacity 93.3 L/vessel · recommended batch 55–75 L (optimised 60–75) · max knockout 78–80 L · flexible 35–75 L
  • 2× 3.5 kW (HLT) + 2× 2.2 kW (boil) = 11.4 kW total · 4× Inkbird C236T (16A EU plug) · four independent 16A circuits
  • Heat-up (70 L, 15→100°C): ≈25–35 min · rolling boil at 65–75 L, ~6–8%/h evaporation
  • Recommended grain bill 18–25 kg (high-gravity ~28 kg) · mash thickness 2.6–3.2 L/kg · example 22 kg × 2.8 → ~62 L mash

Hydraulics, cooling, oxygenation & cleaning

  • 2× MP40 65W pumps (continuous-duty) — HLT→mash transfer, recirculation, sparge, whirlpool/knockout, CIP loops
  • Stainless manifold · 1.5" tri-clamp quick-connects · integrated sanitary 4-way cross
  • Counterflow chiller (single-pass) for 55–75 L — single-pass to 18–22°C at 10–15°C groundwater; ~10–18 min knockout (70 L)
  • Inline oxygenation via 1.5" carb stone · thermowell included · CIP-capable with spray head

Installation: four independent 16A circuits, stable water supply, load-bearing floor (filled system ~200–250 kg).
