The BrewTaurus PRO CF-600 is a jacketed conical fermenter rated 2.0 bar working / 4.0 bar design and test pressure — closed fermentation, pressure transfers and spunding are part of the design, not an upgrade. 600 L effective, 750 L total volume for kräusen headspace.

Production-scale cellar
From 600 L up the side manhole gives full access for yeast harvesting and inspection, the Ø101.6 dry-hopping port takes a hop dosing vessel or dry-hop cannon, and the Ø50.8 racking arm keeps transfers fast. Above 500 L we supply fermenters only — carbonation and serving happen in a bright beer tank of the same size.
Installation: glycol supply from a chiller sized to your cellar (Ø38.1 tri-clamp jacket connections), floor drain, level floor rated for approx. 1,127 kg filled. Tri-clamp connections throughout — no welding on site. Commissioning guided by our Prague team on a video call.
