StellarClean is a non-caustic alkaline brewery wash with active oxygen and hard-water chelators. It breaks down proteins, fats, baked-on carbon and stubborn residues, rinses freely, and is safe on stainless steel, aluminium and polycarbonate. Powerful cleaning without the corrosive chemicals. Comes with a 10 g scoop for accurate dosing.

Recommended dosage
- CIP / circulation: ~1% solution (≈10 g per 1 L water); circulate 10–30 minutes
- Soak cleaning: 7–15 g per 1 L water; soak 20–60 minutes by soil level
- Temperature: works cold, but warm water speeds it up
- Rinse: always rinse thoroughly with clean water before sanitising
Ideal uses
CIP of brew kettles, fermenters, conditioning tanks, plate chillers and hoses; soak cleaning of taps, fittings, stainless components, plastic fermenters and buckets. Suitable for home and professional setups. Unlike single-ingredient sodium percarbonate, StellarClean combines multiple actives — buffers, mild alkalis, chelators and active oxygen — for consistent results across water hardness and soil types.
Safety: do not mix with acidic or chlorine-based cleaners. Wear gloves and eye protection. Compatible with stainless steel, aluminium and plastics when used as directed.
