The BrewTaurus PF40 Fully Jacketed Unitank takes our proven PF Unitank platform and upgrades the cooling: the glycol jacket now covers both the cone and the cylindrical body. Same brewery-grade architecture — real bottom dump, sanitary tri-clamp workflow, pressure-capable construction — with cooling that works at any fill level, from a full tank down to the last litres in the cone.

Why PF Fully Jacketed Unitanks are different

Batch range & cooling efficiency

- Recommended fermentation batch: ~5–35 L (sweet spot ~15–30 L)
Because the cone is cooled too, there is no practical cooling minimum: even a few litres sitting in the cone stay in full contact with the jacket. That means small pilot batches in a big tank, efficient crash cooling of partial volumes — and if you serve beer straight from the tank, the last pours stay just as cold as the first, because cooling stays efficient as the level drops into the cone. The upper limit is simply fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves stability further.

Pressure safety: working pressure 1.0 bar, never exceed the 2.0 bar maximum. Always use a PRV.
