The PF40 Fully Jacketed Unitank, tank only — for brewers who already own their fittings.
The same 40.3 L tank as our PF40 complete set: 304 stainless, a glycol jacket over the whole cone and the cylinder, 2.0 bar working pressure (2.5 bar max). It comes on its stainless stand with adjustable M10 feet and with the removable neoprene insulation jacket. The valves, caps and pressure gear from the set are not included.
The 6" manway on top is open. To close and pressurise the tank you need a 6" Tri-Clamp closure — the 6" multi-port reducer cap from the set or your own — with a 6" band clamp, a 6" gasket and a PRV. Never pressurise the tank without a PRV.

Everything in the complete set's accessory pack: stepped 6"→2"→1.5" reducer assembly, clamps and gaskets (6", 2", 1.5"), 2" and 1.5" butterfly valves, 1.5" sample tap, 1.5" thermowell, 1.5" pressure gauge, 1.5" PRV, 2" TC cap with gas post and PRV, blind caps. Also not included: heating element, glycol chiller and hoses, temperature controller, CO₂ cylinder and regulator. Passivate before first use, as with all stainless brewing gear.
Pressure safety: never run the tank above 2.0 bar working pressure, and never pressurise the cooling jacket on its own while the tank is unpressurised. Every tank is air-pressure tested at the factory with a 4-hour static hold.
