Crush and destem in one pass.
This motorised crusher/destemmer processes grapes faster and cleaner — up to about 1,360 kg/h — while handling fruit gently to preserve quality and limit harsh tannin extraction. A powered screw feed pulls bunches into self-adjusting rubber rollers; berries drop into a destemming chamber where a perforated stainless basket separates the stems. All grape-contact parts are 304 stainless.
How it works
Load grapes into the top bin. The screw feed advances bunches into the rubber rollers for a gentle crush; berries fall into the destemming chamber where a rotating shaft moves them across a perforated stainless basket — berries pass through to your vessel, stems travel to the discharge end.
