The BrewTaurus PRO GWT-800 is an insulated glycol reservoir that sits between the chiller and your fermenters: the chiller keeps the tank at set point, the circulation pump feeds the jackets. A buffer this size lets the chiller run in efficient cycles instead of chasing every fermenter individually, and carries you through crash-cooling peaks. Sized for a cellar of up to ~1,600 L of jacketed fermentation volume (guide — we confirm the pairing with your chiller before you order).

How the cooling loop works
Chiller → glycol water tank → pump → fermenter jackets → back to the tank. Each fermenter gets a solenoid valve driven by its own temperature controller (see the PID fermentation control panel); the tank and pump run continuously. Use food-grade propylene glycol at 30–35% for −7 °C set points.
Installation: 230 V supply for the pump, insulated glycol lines to the fermenters, level floor rated for approx. 1,234 kg filled. Tri-clamp throughout — no welding on site.
