The BrewTaurus PRO 8 HP glycol chiller is an air-cooled industrial chiller for fermenter and bright tank cooling — approx. 20.8 kW cooling capacity, glycol down to −7 °C, sized for a cellar of ~3,000 L of jacketed fermentation volume (guide for ales and lagers with crash cooling; we confirm the sizing with your tank list before you order).

Cooling loop
Chiller → glycol water tank → pump → fermenter jackets. The buffer tank lets the chiller run in efficient cycles; the PID panel switches each jacket individually.
Installation: 400 V three-phase supply, well-ventilated location with free airflow around the condenser (or outdoor placement under cover), insulated glycol lines. Commissioning guided by our Prague team on a video call.
