The BrewTaurus PRO KS-150 is a two-vessel electric brewing system for kombucha: an insulated tea brew tank with electric heating, whirlpool inlet, tea hooks and spent-tea side door, and a hot water tank for dilution and cleaning — with sanitary pump, PID control panel and tri-clamp pipework on one skid. Brew 150 L of sweet tea per batch, cool and transfer to open-top fermenters.

The kombucha line
KS-150 brews the tea · open-top fermenters ferment it · bright beer tanks carbonate and store it cold · glycol cooling holds the temperature. We size the line to your weekly output.
Installation: 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase supply for the heating elements (rating confirmed at order), cold water, floor drain. Commissioning guided by our Prague team on a video call.
