How to use it
Step 1: Clean it up. Start fresh. Make sure the kit and all components are squeaky clean and sanitized, then attach it to your fermenter using the included connectors for a snug, leak-free fit.
Step 2: Load the hops. Use the 2" sight glass for a clear view. Toss in your favourite hop pellets or whole leaf hops and seal the lid tight to lock in the aroma.
Step 3: Purge the oxygen. Hook up your CO₂ source to the kit's built-in purge system and give it a quick blast. This keeps the hops fresh and your brew flavour-packed.
Step 4: Pressurized hop magic. Open the butterfly valve, pressurise the chamber with CO₂, and infuse your beer with bold hop character — all without risking oxidation. Close the valve once the hops have done their thing.
Step 5: Wrap it up. Carefully detach the kit, slowly depressurise to avoid a sudden whoosh, dump the used hops, clean up and get ready for the next brew.
