Red Glycol Insulation Hose – 2m Roll, 12mm ID x 16mm OD

The Red Glycol Insulation Hose is designed for insulated glycol lines used with jacketed fermenters, TempTwisters and fixed glycol cooling systems. It features a 12mm inner diameter vinyl hose wrapped in thick 15mm foam insulation to help reduce temperature loss and improve cooling system efficiency.

The red colour is ideal for marking the return line from your jacketed fermenter or TempTwister back to the glycol chiller. This makes it easy to identify the warmer glycol return loop at a glance.

Recommended Use

For a clean and practical glycol setup, we recommend using this red insulated hose for the return side from your fermenter, jacketed tank or TempTwister.

For the cold supply line coming directly from the coolant side of your glycol chiller, use the matching blue insulated glycol hose.

Recommended Connectors

For easier connection and disconnection, we recommend using JoinTech quick connectors with auto shut-off valves. Attach the female JoinTech connector with barb to the hose using a suitable stepless clamp, and fit the male threaded connector to your fixed glycol system.
