The built-in thermometer for precisely monitoring the fermentation temperature displays two units in parallel and permanently measures a range of 0 - 40 °C or 32 - 104 °F. The cooling coil integrated into the lid maintains the proper fermenting temperature and give you better control over fermentation. The hop port can be used to quickly adding hops or connect a hop drop kit and make dryhopping without access to oxygen. A hole in the lid enables you to use a fermentation airlock to provide the necessary pressure balance without having to open the hermetically sealed vessel and disrupt the fermentation process by supplying oxygen.
The food-safe 304 stainless steel is easy to clean and guarantees unadulterated enjoyment of your homemade beer. The three sturdy feet are equipped with black protective caps to protect the surface on which the fermenting vessel stands. The lids on each unit are held fast by four tank mounted clips. Each lid also includes a silicone gasket to seal the lid tightly to the fermenter body. The lids also contain a 15mm hole for inserting a silicone bung and airlock (included with each unit) or for inserting a length of silicone tubing for creating a blow off containment system.
